Custom Order Guide

Exceptional design and powerful features

Step 1 — Order Confirmed (Portal Link by Email)

Your customization starts in your Customer Portal.

1. Place your order and look for your order confirmation email.

2. Inside, you’ll find a link to your Customer Portal, where you’ll upload photos, review your preview, and approve your final design.

Step 2 — Upload Your Pet Photo(s)

Upload up to 3 images — then we start designing.

1. In your Customer Portal, uploadup to 3 clear, high-quality photosof your pet (per pet/design).

2. Once you upload, your order moves into the design stage and our artists begin creating your custom artwork.

  • Important: You can cancel your order or update details (like shipping address) only before you upload photos. After photo upload, orders can’t be canceled because custom work has begun.

Step 3 — Preview + Up to 3 Revisions, Then Approve

Production begins only after your approval.

1. We’ll post your preview in the portal and email you when it’s ready.

2. When you’re happy, click Approve. We start production only after all items in your order are approved, then we make and ship your custom product(s).
